With a thriving academic education in saxophone he took his talents to the street of Barcelona, where he delved even deeper into his baritone sax abilities and specialised in traditional Jazz and popular Brazilian music. Julio graces the stages of private events, clubs, and festivals with various Brazilian music collectives. As composer he is the mastermind behind the avant-garde electronic music protect know as NUBN Collective, which infuses Brazilian classics with electronic and experimental sounds. Julio also lends his talent to the sound design of theatrical performances and movies.
